GOP seeks to declassify '02 Clarke testimony on 9-11. Same GOP/Bush Leaguers who tried to get Paul O'Neill for having 'classified' material that -oddly enough - supports Clarke. This group will do anything (e.g. breaking the law by outing a CIA operative - see the Joseph Wilson story - open secret material if it might help, or try to conceal material that is not secret.
